Free Student Vaccine Clinic

In response to last year’s eventful flu season, CFISD has partnered with Healthy Schools, a division of CareDox, to offer no cost flu shots to students in each of our schools. Students 4-18 who bring a parental consent form may be vaccinated at the event, but Healthy Schools will never vaccinate a student against his/her will. If any student is too nervous to participate, he/she will not be vaccinated and parents will be contacted. The Parental Consent form must be submitted by Friday, 9/14/18, in order for your student to participate.
